The Florida Forest Festival was held in Perry,
Florida on Friday, October 27th & Saturday, October 28th. The Florida Forestry State Queens & U.S. National Forestry
Queens were the Honored Guest of Mr. John Fish, Chief Forest Ranger, at this year's event. The Queens appeared at the Bed
Race & Gaslight Parade on Friday, October 27th from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. They signed autographs & took pictures
with all the spectators. The Queens were invited to the Dignitary Breakfast Reception held by the GFWC-FFWC Perry Woman's
Club Doris Galindo-Lepoma, President. They rode in the King Tree Parade and was Introduced on the Main Stage by Miss Florida
Allison. The Queens spent the day at the Festival watching the many different events, playing games, eating & riding rides.
